Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all eco-friendly tags and labels remain attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
